    Electric heating and melting equipment

    These convert electrical energy into thermal energy, featuring high heating efficiency, precise temperature control, and low pollution, making them the mainstream choice in modern industry.

    Resistance heating equipment: Heat through resistance elements (e.g., electric heating wires, silicon carbide rods), such as resistance furnaces and pit-type melting furnaces.  They are suitable for melting low-melting-point metals and small parts.

    Induction heating equipment: Utilize electromagnetic induction (eddy current effect) to make materials heat up themselves, such as medium-frequency induction furnaces and high-frequency induction furnaces.  They heat quickly with low energy consumption and are widely used in melting steel, non-ferrous metals, etc.
