Based on the principle of electromagnetic induction, when ultra-high-frequency current passes through the induction coil of a machine tool, an alternating magnetic field is generated around the metal workpiece. Due to electromagnetic induction, eddy currents are induced inside the workpiece. Under the action of the workpiece's own resistance, these eddy currents generate heat, causing the surface of the workpiece to heat up rapidly. After reaching the critical quenching temperature, rapid cooling (such as water cooling, oil cooling, etc.) is performed to form a martensitic structure on the surface of the workpiece, thereby achieving quenching heat treatment.
