    Safety Protection: Multi-layered Design for Risk Mitigation


    Although small-sized furnaces have relatively low power, risks such as "high temperature, electromagnetic radiation, and electric leakage" still need to be prevented. The protective measures are as follows:


    High-temperature Protection: The furnace shell is made of high-temperature resistant and heat-insulating materials (e.g., aluminum silicate fiber), which keeps the surface temperature below 50°C.

    Electromagnetic Shielding: A metal shield covers the outside of the induction coil to reduce the radiation of high-frequency magnetic fields to operators.

    Electrical Safety: Equipped with an earth leakage protection switch and an overcurrent protection device — when there is abnormal coil current or furnace body leakage, the power supply will be automatically cut off. Some high-end models are also equipped with "water shortage protection" (if the water-cooled coil is short of water, the furnace will shut down immediately).
