Wide Application Range: Suitable for batch processing of small and medium-sized mechanical parts such as standard parts, bearings, chains, self-tapping screws, textile hardware, hand tools, etc. It can perform various heat treatment processes like carburizing, carbonitriding, and quenching in a controlled atmosphere.

Complete Structural Composition: Consists of three major parts: the furnace body, mesh belt transmission system, and temperature control system. The furnace body includes multiple functional sections such as the feeding section, pre-sintering section, and sintering section; the mesh belt transmission system is equipped with a high-temperature resistant mesh belt, transmission device, etc., with adjustable speed via an inverter and direct reading capability; the temperature control system forms a closed-loop control to achieve automatic and precise temperature control.

High-Quality and Reliable Materials: The furnace frame (including the box and bracket) is made of high-quality section steel and steel plates through welding. The mesh belt and muffle tank often use imported heat-resistant steel, and the heating elements are mostly made of ceramic materials, ensuring the stability of the equipment during continuous operation.

Intelligent and Efficient Operation: The temperature control system composed of a digital display intelligent PID regulator, combined with a digital display mesh belt speed measuring device, enables precise control and intuitive monitoring of temperature and mesh belt speed, resulting in convenient operation and high processing efficiency.
