Operational Process: Simplified Without Being Overly Brief

Compared with the complex procedures of large industrial furnaces, small melting furnaces are more convenient to operate. The process is as follows:

Raw Material Preparation

Cut metal raw materials (e.g., scrap steel, copper blocks, precious metal ingots) into small pieces that fit the crucible size (to avoid material jamming), and remove surface oil stains and rust (to prevent the generation of impurity gases during melting).

Parameter Setting

Input the target temperature (e.g., 1083℃ for copper melting, 1538℃ for iron melting) and heat preservation time (usually 5-30 minutes, adjusted based on raw material purity) via the control panel.

Melting Startup

Turn on the power of the induction coil. The coil generates a high-frequency magnetic field, and the metal in the crucible self-heats due to the "eddy current effect" and gradually melts.

Casting and Cooling

Once melting is complete, turn off the power. Use the furnace tilting mechanism to pour the molten metal into a prefabricated mold. After natural cooling or air cooling, the melting process is finished.
