    This bogie hearth furnace consists of furnace body (including lining), the oven door and open mechanism, the moving car, heating element,electrical control system and other parts. Supports various processes such as annealing, quenching, and carburizing. It is compatible with workpieces of different sizes and materials, meeting the needs of batch processing in multiple fields.. The trolley is movable, facilitating the loading and unloading of large and heavy workpieces; the sealed structure reduces heat loss and improves efficiency.     Bogie hearth furnaces can complete various heat treatment processes such as annealing, normalizing, quenching, tempering, and carburizing by precisely controlling parameters like temperature and atmosphere. They are suitable for batch processing of metal workpieces (e.g., steel products, castings, forgings) and can meet processing requirements of different materials and performance specifications.

    The furnace is usually equipped with multiple groups of heating elements arranged symmetrically, combined with a forced circulation fan (in some models). This enables uniform temperature distribution inside the furnace chamber (with a temperature difference generally controllable within ±5℃), ensuring consistent heating of all parts of the workpiece and reducing issues like deformation and uneven performance caused by temperature differences.


    Convenient operation with customizable automation levels

    They feature manually or automatically controlled mechanisms for bogie entry/exit and furnace door opening/closing. The temperature control system can accurately set heating, holding, and cooling curves. Some high-end models can also integrate a PLC control system to achieve fully automatic production, reducing manual operation intensity while enhancing process repeatability and reliability.
