On September 12, 2023, our Saudi customer William came to visit our factory. He wants to buy a whole production line for his nut production, including induction heating equipment, melting furnaces, etc. Considering the dry and hot climate in Saudi Arabia, our engineers designed a special cooling water tower for him. He looked at it and was very satisfied, and said, "you are so thoughtful and solved our problem, and cooperating with you is the best thing I have done."
Since it was the first time for our Saudi client to visit Luoyang, we took him on a tour to the Longmen Grottoes, one of the world's historical and cultural heritage sites.In addition, we also took him to taste all kinds of famous food in Luoyang. In Luoyang, he also saw tourists wearing Hanfu and Tang suits. These experiences added to his fondness for Luoyang,
After the customer returned home, we communicated some equipment details and the layout of the production line, and finally reached a consensus after several modifications of the technical scheme and design drawings.
